Immerse yourself in an evening of serenity and rejuvenation. Set in a peaceful, candle lit space, this unique experience is designed to soothe your mind, body and spirit. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the gentle aroma of essential oils and the calming ambiance of our cosy Shala. Find your comfortable spot on a provided mat with plenty of cosy blankets and pillows to make it more comfy. Eye Pillows to aid deeper relaxation.
Our skilled facilitators will guide you through the session, beginning with a brief introduction and intention-setting. The practice of restorative yoga involves 3 gentle movements in where the body is supported by bolsters , which we are lying down for. As the sound bath begins, you’ll be enveloped by the harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and chimes. These soothing sounds will help you release tension and achieve a deep meditative state. Whether your new to sound baths or a seasoned participant, this event offers a perfect opportunity to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with your inner peace. Come alone or bring a friend, and leave feeling refreshed, centered and profoundly at ease. The event is concluded with a light refreshment of herbals & chai tea, snacks and the chance to sit and chat and let the whole experience embed. An hour and a half of complete bliss.
What to bring :
_ YOU, dressed in comfortable clothing.

_ A pen and notebook in case you would like to journal your experience at the end of the session.

Meet your facilitator Yelda:
Yelda’s background is in Hatha,Ashtanga Yoga and Ayurveda. She is passionate about nutrition and empowering people with their health journey and believes in the power of sound as a healing modality to bring the body and mind back into balance. A local Mumma of two, she is in tune with the busy pace of life and the importance of taking time for self.
Meet your facilitator Di:
Di’s is a practicing Counsellor and hypnotherapist as well as a passionate Yoga teacher. She knows the importance of rest for the body and over the last 9 years has developed a reputable restorative class held weekly for just that. Her hypnotic tone will guide you back to the breathe while your body is gently supported with blankets and props to delve deep into restoration. She is passionate about helping people find their way back to their inner quietness.
