The mind causes us many problems, stress and supports unskilful reactions with ourselves and others, why not begin to take some steps to understand more, try out some techniques. A byproduct of this is you will feel relaxed and more present which will support the practice of insight and concentration over time.
Come and join Lucy Liga for a 5 week program to learn the practice of mindfulness and meditation, establish your own practice with support and ask questions.
Each week we will explore sitting, walking, standing and lying meditation.· Develop an understanding of mindfulness.· Feel confident with breathing and meditation practices to be used and explored at home.· Be introduced to simple accessible mindfulness techniques.· Each week will sequentially build and reinforce learning.· Time for questions and reflections·
Sessions will start Monday 11th Nov 6.45pm-7.45pm and will run for 5 weeks
