Do I have to bring my own mat?

No. At TFA we supply all you need to embark on your yoga journey, all you have to bring is yourself. Of course if you have your own trusty favourite mat, you are welcome to bring it along.

I haven’t practiced Yoga for a while, which class is best for me?

All classes held at TFA are suitable for the new, returning and experienced Yogi. We find that once you come along and discuss your needs with our warm and welcoming teachers, you soon find your favourite class to attend each week.

Can I just pay casually for a Yoga class?

Of course. We offer casual attendance options as well as 5 class and 10 class packs which will reduce the individual class price.

What can be achieved through hypnosis?

Within the subconscious mind resides our imagination, emotions, memories, our automatic bodily responses, habit patterns and our most deeply held beliefs about ourselves and what we believe is possible for us.

It is these deeply held patterns and beliefs that drive our decisions and shape our lives and the quality of our perceptions. When we desire to make a lasting, positive change in our lives, it is these subconscious patterns that we must change. Hypnotherapy is a safe, proven and effective tool for directly accessing the power of the subconscious mind.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a liberating spiritual practice that will aid in reconnecting to your true self and enable you to see the direction you should be heading with new eyes and clarity. You could see — maybe for the first time — the things you need to move forward in life. Connect to the Universal energy, giving you the power to heal yourself when and where you need it.

Address problems and illnesses by healing the underlying imbalances that’s causing the disease. The act of healing yourself is so universal in its effect that it could help prevent dysfunctions within the body — in all areas, not just the ones you’re specifically treating at the time.
