Unwind from the week and find connection with your breath, get centred and settle in.

After a short introduction and intention setting, you will be guided through a yoga nidra meditation.

Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a deeply relaxing practice where you lie comfortably in a meditative state, guided through stages of awareness. It involves focusing on the breath, body sensations, emotions, and visualization. The experience often brings a sense of calm, balance, and deep rest, similar to the restorative effects of sleep. It's an accessible practice, suitable for all, that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and inner awareness.

As you settle deeper into relaxation, be immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal and Tibetan sound bowls, harmonic chimes, drums and other instruments that will take you on a journey promoting deeper meditative states and leave you feeling refreshed and centered. Mats, cushions, blankets and eye pillows are all provided to aid in a restful experience.

Bring a friend or come alone. The space is very warm and welcoming and you will be held and supported throughout your experience with your skilled and experienced facilitator. Set in a peaceful, candle lit space this unique experience is designed to soothe your mind body and spirit.

What you will need to bring:

• Yourself in comfortable clothing

• Blankets are provided but you may bring your own if you choose

• A journal and pen (if you'd like to journal your experience at the end)

• An open heart and mind

• Sound travels better through water so please keep well hydrated throughout the day
