Mums and Bubs Yoga 4 week term Thursdays from Feb 6th - 27th 11am-12pm

Mums and Bubs yoga is a great option to ease back into exercise, bond with baby, increase strength and energy levels as well as mental clarity, relax and meet other mums on the same journey.

 Each week we will meet for a 60 minutes yoga class followed by optional 15 minutes chats and cuppa.

Each class will allow some time for relaxation, and include yoga shapes targeting various areas of the body and some baby massage.

In addition there will be a focused theme each week:

1. Pelvic Floor and Core

2. Embracing Motherhood - Mindfulness

3. Neck & Shoulders 

4. Hips mobility and lower back support
