Meet your Facilitator:

Lucy has been a dedicated yoga and qigong teacher for the last 12 years, sharing her knowledge and experience with students of various backgrounds. As a practising meditation student for over 10 years, she has learned profoundly from esteemed teachers Christopher Titmuss and Samantha Coker-Godson. Throughout her journey, she has attended a multitude of retreats in both India and across Australia, immersing herself in traditional practices. Lucy completed her intensive 12-month mindfulness teacher training course under the guidance of her beloved teacher Christopher, along with participating in numerous online ongoing training sessions with Shila Catherine. She firmly believes that these teachings serve as precious and necessary skills for navigating life in this rapidly evolving world. Lucy is truly passionate about imparting her wisdom and helping others discover a sense of refuge amidst the challenges of freedom and stress.
