Gita Yoga is suitable for every body.
Gita Yoga is a highly specific, highly refined program of gentle Hatha yoga postures, combined with deep relaxation and breathing techniques that will energise and completely recharge your whole being.
Gita Yoga is based on ten classical foundational postures which work all the major body systems. The first 3 postures work on the brain and nervous systems, in preparation for the next 7 postures which work on our endocrine system (our major-hormone producing glands). These simple movements have a marvellous balancing and regenerative effect on the body.
After only a few sessions you will feel your body start to loosen up as it gradually gains greater flexibility. You will notice your stamina increasing and find yourself calmer, less tense and better able to cope with the pressures and changes of modern day living.
