Children’s Yoga
Childrens Yoga classes are designed to help children gain an inner strength of body and mind within a fun and happy atmosphere. The classes are theme related, imitating animals or nature, which help to keep the children interested. The children are given a gift they can use throughout their lives.
Teen Yoga
Teen Yoga builds flexibility, strength and balance of body and mind, helping teenagers to cope with the pressures of life, adolescence, school and peers.
These yoga classes are designed to help build a strong foundation so they may become self-assured, clear thinking and responsible individuals.
Relaxation and meditation techniques are useful tools to cope in difficult times. The postures also help deal with various health problems.
