PRENATAL YOGA WORKSHOP WITH JOELLE
Join us for a 3 hour workshop to prepare you for a positive birth and journey to motherhood.This workshop will teach you how to move your body in pregnancy, and provide you with practical tools using the breath, body and mind to create a calm and empowering birth experience.
What you will learn:
Yoga movement for help baby’s positioning
Breathing techniques for labour
Exercises to prepare the pelvic floor for birth
Simple guided meditation to relax the mind and body
Tips and guidance on preparing for birth
Participants will also receive an ebook with further information, tips and tools to support them in birth and beyond.

Joelle Auffray is a qualified yoga instructor and Mindful Birth prenatal and postnatal yoga educator. A Mum to two little boys, Joelle loves sharing yoga practices and birth preparation tools to support everyone on their journey to motherhood.
